By car, the A167 or A1(M) northbound connects Durham to Newcastle in around 20 to 30 minutes depending on traffic. NCP car parks on Grainger Street and John Dobson Street are within a 5-minute walk of the clinic. As with all hair transplant procedures, patients should not drive home on the day of the procedure and should arrange a lift or use the train for the return journey.

By bus, regular services run between Durham and Newcastle on multiple routes with journey times typically between 30 and 50 minutes, though the train is more reliable for timed appointments.
